If your style includes chic but artsy pieces, check out Twinkle by Wenlan.  Designer Wenlan Chia has created a fanciful yet practical line thanks to her “affinity for design, love of art, and prolific imagination.”  Not so surprisingly, her creativity has enabled Twinkle to make a name for itself in ready-to-wear, accessories, jewelry, home furnishings, a book series, and yarn collection.
